Our online shop has changed with an updated range of heavy goods, bulk, specialist and direct delivery items.  Individual requests can be added within the comments box of your order,

Shopping & Payment

Select your chosen items by adding to cart. 

Select "Checkout" for manual payment and complete information.  We will then contact you to confirm order, address and take payment. 

Select "Paypal" for paypal payment.

Delivery

We deliver to the following postcodes using our own electric powered (solar charged) vehicle:

GU9. GU10. GU26. GU30. GU34. GU35. 

If your postcode is not covered, please contact us.

We use third party couriers for national delivery of ambient items.

Collect from store

Click and collect is available Monday to Friday.  We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.  Pick up point for prepaid goods is at the front of the centre.

How it works.

  1. "Local home delivery" is subject to stock availability.

  2. "Click & Collect" is subject to stock availability.

  3. Minimum of £5 delivery charge applies to all delivery orders.

  4. Select your items and add to cart.

  5. Estimated lead time for delivery is shown in Cart Order Summary prior to checkout.

  6. Select "Manual Payment".

  7.  We phone to confirm delivery and take payment for your orders. 

  8. We will combine this with any Owtons Butchery order.

  9. All orders must be prepaid.

  10. We deliver to your door step only.

  11. Covid 19 Requirements. We do not enter property and will deliver to doorstep only.  Minimum distance rules apply.  We do not accept any payments on delivery.

FAQs

Do you provide delivery for all your products?

We stock over 60,000 products in the farm shop, garden centre and Owtons butchery.  Unfortunately we are not able to add all the products to the site in the current environment.  We are adding products continually based upon demand and availability.  If there is a product not currently shown (and we appreciate there will be many) please do contact us for info.

What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?

Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in writing within 24 hours.  Should an item be unsatisfactory we will refund, replace or collect and your statutory rights apply.

Can I add order items not shown on the website?

You can add items to your order if not shown, subject to the item being available.
